Mindfulness Of Overthinking

The mind wants to feel good, we want to do our best. 

Mindful meditation combined with mindful reflection supports the knowing of when we’re creating undue stressful anxieties.

This is a personal reflection…I wanted to make zoom group meetings just right for access and security. I stepped on my own foot and tripped, causing more issues…Oy!

When might we be over-thinking?

1. If we loose our original intent.

2. If we continually live in the “what if” world.

3. If the mind constantly compares and judges.
Mindful reflection is always within us, we take a step to still the mind.

Utilize the acronym…SOBER.
Stop…pause.
Observe…look around.
Breath…ahhh.
Exhale…expand.
Respond…utilizing mindful presence.
