Inner Stillness

Learning to trust our inner stillness, not fear it.

We are asking ourselves to slow down, to be more curious and recognize unhelpful habits that need to be released.

The waves of life are always flowing in and out. Meditation teaches us to find an inner awareness of clarity that is unable to be found when we feed the mind of restlessness. It’s not that the mind becomes blank and empty though we learn how to cultivate an awareness that leads to a calm. When our thoughts are more tranquil the body settles and we feel better.

Learning to notice how we are react to the waves of life…helps us develop a new way of seeing. This is life altering.
