"In the sweet territory of silence we touch the mystery. It's the place of reflection and contemplation, and it's the place where we can connect with the deep knowing, to the deep wisdom way." ~ Angeles Arrien

Inner Wisdom, Finding Wholeness

Developing Mindfulness Awareness.

Nurturing a moment-by-moment awareness of what is happening in our present moment experience is a non-polluting of the experience. We see the arising thought patterns of personal concepts, viewpoints, opinions, beliefs, and how it should be or should not be. The patterns and habits of our unrelenting passing thoughts, which we layer onto every experience.

For example, you walk into a kitchen and notice a bread box. Suddenly our thoughts look to figure out what might be inside the bread box or what we hope is inside the box. We simply witness these arising desires. A soft voice inside notices desire without judging. We are learning to recognize the arising of thoughts without believing they are absolute truths, we cultivate curiosity.

Developing the inner eye of mindful awareness unwinds the body of stress and illuminates the wisdom within us.

This allows for wholeness to arise.

We all seek joy and happiness, yet typically we will employ the same analytical process over and over believing this will end our pain and discomfort. Insight awareness allows us to see the extremes our mind creates around desires, dislikes, and confusion.
What are you observing? You're looking at yourself. What you see depends on how you look.

Be a creative partner in your life versus living as a reactive participant!

Scientific evidence reveals that reflective insight utilizing experiential body awareness will change our thinking patterns.

The body can learn how to reestablish its ability to stabilize and regulate itself without becoming overwhelmed.
