Mindful Yoga Workshop

This workshop thoughtfully weaves together the practice of mindfulness with yoga movements or asanas. We will utilize the movements of Hatha Yoga to deepen the   awareness of our physical and emotional body. This workshop provides an opportunity to intentionally explore the mind-body connection and to practice with compassion.

We begin with a meditation, then move into a series of yoga movements, and conclude with a Yoga Nidra. Kayleigh will guide participants through various yoga poses while deepening the connection of mind, body, and breath. This class will support each person in finding their own personal balance and use movement to create deeper awareness and inner harmony.

Compassionate Action has to start with ourselves -Pema Chödrön

This workshop is open to new and seasoned practitioners; modifications for poses will be offered. If you have any specific physical limitations, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

The class is offered on a dana/donation basis. We are supported by the practice of shared generosity. Classes are for everyone to gain new insights into life, themselves and inner healing.
