Unwinding the Body of Traumatic Stress & Anxiety Program: 6-Week Series
This 6-week series will support participants in learning to identify and dissolve anxiety and it's stressors and help in creating skills that offer a positive sense of boundaries within ourselves.
This program is an educational and experiential guide to assist in releasing the habituated patterns that keep our mind and body tied up in emotional tension and physical knots.
Mindfulness awareness combined with compassion for our past experiences develops the potential to stay present with the felt sense of highly charged energies. Being mindful or our experiential body is the first necessary step in beginning to resolve and unravel the emotional body of trauma.
Our lives are a string of experiences that arise from "little traumatic incidents" to "large painful unresolved experiences". These often produce stress responses that no longer serve us in our present day-to-day life.
We ask that you attend all 6 classes as they build upon one another.
Partial and full scholarships are available to qualified applicants.
