Mindful Yoga Workshop
This workshop thoughtfully weaves together the practice of mindfulness with yoga movements or asanas. We will utilize the movements of Hatha Yoga to deepen the awareness of our physical and emotional body. This workshop provides an opportunity to intentionally explore the mind-body connection and to practice with compassion.
We begin with a meditation, then move into a series of yoga movements, and conclude with a Yoga Nidra. Kayleigh will guide participants through various yoga poses while deepening the connection of mind, body, and breath. This class will support each person in finding their own personal balance and use movement to create deeper awareness and inner harmony.
