Our group utilizes a vipassana practice of “insight awareness” meditation which offers us the opportunity to slow down and look within.

Mindfulness Grief and Loss Group 

3rd Monday of the month 7:00 PM - 9:00PM

Grief is a natural state of the heart to be acknowledged...It's not something we "get over" though we must "pass through."  

Grief and loss appear in many forms and quite often may feel overwhelming.  They touch all of us at some point, though often our culture does not give us the time or support we need to heal, leaving us feeling isolated and unsure.  Through group sharing that utilizes mindfulness reflective skills and contemplative reflection we can begin to feel whole and safe even in the midst of tremendous grief.
