Our Grief and Loss Daylong Retreats provide participants a warm, safe environment, where we are able to find comfort in shared experiences and to begin looking at the tools that help support our moving forward.
Grief is a normal healthy response to loss and can keep us feeling isolated. Through the use of reflective exercises, compassionate dialogue and mindful-embodiment tools, together we will explore how to find balance, transformation and restore a sense of wholeness to our life.
