Women's Monthly Mindfulness Group "Sister Sangha"
Monday, March 5th  7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Last Meeting Of The Women's Group

The Women's group has been an opportunity for women of all walks of life coming together to support one another in meeting the opportunities & challenges that life offers us.

Creating a supportive space for women to explore various topics that affect our lives and relationships. Building compassion and empowerment through meditation, guided reflection, small breakout groups, shared & paired inquiry and larger group process.

The group is offered on a dana/donation basis. We are supported by the practice of shared generosity. No one turned away due to lack of funds.

Yvonne looks forward to sharing this last group with everyone.
