Women's Monthly Mindfulness Group "Sister Sangha"
We meet on the 1st Monday of the month. 7:00pm to 9:00pm.
Our group is an opportunity for women of all walks of life coming together to support one another in meeting the opportunities & challenges that life offers us.
We look for all of us together to create a positive and supportive space where women are able to explore various topics that affect our lives and relationships. Building compassion and empowerment through meditation, guided reflection, small breakout groups, shared & paired inquiry and larger group process.
The group is offered on a dana/donation basis. We are supported by the practice of shared generosity. No one turned away due to lack of funds. MCC programs, groups, classes and workshops are for everyone to gain new insights into life, themselves and inner healing.
