Mindfulness Grief and Loss Group
We meet the 3rd Monday of every month 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Grief is a natural state of the heart to be acknowledged...It's not something we "get over" though we must "pass through."
Grief and loss appear in many forms and quite often may feel overwhelming. It touches all of us at some point, though often our culture does not give us the time or support we need to heal, leaving us feeling isolated and unsure. Through group sharing that utilizes mindfulness reflective skills and contemplative reflection we can begin to feel whole and safe even in the midst of tremendous grief.
Our ongoing monthly group provides an opportunity for coming together with others, so that we can be heard and become more embodied around the losses and griefs of our life.
MCC groups and workshops are offered on a dana/donation basis. We are supported by the practice of shared generosity, no one turned away die to lack of funds.
Our programs are for everyone to gain new insights into life, themselves and inner healing.
