Invitation To An Evening of Mindful Qigong & Sound Healing w/Isabelita Papa
Benefiting the Mindfulness Care Center

Monday Evening September 25th 7:00pm - 9:00pm.

"When we are free of stress, we exist in a state of well-being and peace, living more in the present in joy and mental alertness."

This Benefit Evening is an invitation for everyone to experience the healing energy of Qigong. We will be going through various QiGong movements and touching into energy meridian points that allow us to inhabit our bodies more fully. Isabelita with guide everyone through through a variety of exercises as we open deeper into our breath and are bathed in the healing sounds of the bells.

This Benefit Evening is offered on Dana/Donations through the practice of generosity in support of the MCC/Mindfulness Care Center.

Isabelita Papa brings her elegant and detail grounded attention into her 30 years of spiritual practices. Her spiritual and healing journey began in 1973 shortly after she completed her degree in business arts in her native Philippines and moved to San Francisco . Her spiritual training in ancient and innovative practices includes her ordination as a Buddhist nun with a Burmese meditation master Ven Taungpulu Sayadaw,  Isabelita has also studied and practiced Vipassana meditation for more than 25 years under the guidance of Dr. Rina Sircar, head of the Buddhist psychology department at California Integral Studies graduate program in San Francisco and years of practice in Syda Yoga, Advaita and Taoism. . Isabelita is a certified Dayan Qigong teacher trained one one on one  by master Hui Liu disciple of Master Jiang from Kunlun Mountains of China and a Certifed Adult Education Instructor. She leads ongoing transformational healing circles,Wellbeing Cleanse, and QIgong Retreats in the Bay Area also  in Hawaii  and Mexico.
