Saturday, July 22nd 9:30am-1:00pm
This half-day meditation retreat is an opportunity to take a short break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. There will be sitting and walking meditation along with dharma reflections and the opportunity for questions.
"It is so powerful when we can leave behind our ordinary identities, no longer think of ourselves primarily as a conductor, or writer, or salesclerk, and go to a supportive environment to deeply immerse in meditation practice." ~Sharon Salzberg
This half-day retreat is offered on dana/donation basis. We are supported by the cycle and practice of shared generosity.
