Come Join Our Holiday Gathering Tues. Dec. 12th, 7-9 pm!
Year-End Gathering; Bring a snack to share, schmooze and connect with other sangha/community members.
We will have a shorter sit and reflection this evening with time to schmooze and connect.
Open To Everyone: Beginners or Advanced Meditation Practitioners.
Our group utilizes a vipassana practice of “insight awareness” meditation which offers us the opportunity to slow down and look within.
“The depth of sitting in stillness with a compassionate heart is limitless.”
The evening consists of a 35/40 minute sitting, talk and discussion.
Classes are offered on a dana/donation basis, the MCC is supported by the practice of shared generosity.
