Description

Set your intentions for the New Year! In this workshop, we will utilize guided practices and movement to release old patterns and set the foundation of positive intentions to carry you through this new year. Creating a Sankalpa, or intention through yoga nidra is a practice committing to your highest personal truth and alignment.

* Guided meditation will set the intention for the practice and hold space for deeper mind-body connection.

* A thoughtful hatha flow sequence will open up the physical body to release tension, foster felt-sense awareness, and balance breath and movement.

* Yoga Nidra will guide the mind towards blissful relaxation. Yoga Nidra invites us to enter the space of deep relaxation, between sleep and wakefulness.

This workshop is open to all levels of practitioners and those new to yoga. Modifications will be provided for those with injuries or physical limitations.

This workshop is offered on donation.

Facilitator: Kayleigh Martin is a 500-Hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher and wellness coach.
